Pregnancy yoga
Thu 6.30-7.45pm
Yoga and birth preparation classes from Lushtums. Meet other mums to be, learn birthing and breathing techniques, aid sleep, gain flexibility and strength and ease those pregnancy aches and pains. Each class begins with a welcome circle to discuss how the week has been and ends with a deeply restful relaxation.

Postnatal yoga
Thu 11am - 12 midday
Suitable from 6-8 weeks post birth, Lushtums yoga with your little one to help you safely recover from childbirth and then build your core strength up gradually and safely. Meet other mums and learn relaxation exercises as well as letting your baby meet other little people!

Yoga for women
Tue 8-9pm
From recently postnatal to those with grown up children or no kids at all, a Lushtums class designed to restore your core gently and safely. Build strength and flexibility while enjoying. a restful practice

Kids yoga
Pashley: Thu 3-4pm
Ocklynge: Wed 3.20-4.20pm
Pre-school, Home-Ed and school age Yoga classes in the local community and in the school/nursery setting. Fun filled and story based to engage and support your child with Wigglebums yoga and mindfulness. For mamas and their cubs to enjoy together as a dedicated time for bonding.

All classes have the option of joining a waitlist - which you can do if you go as if to book but there aren’t spaces. I will always contact the waitlist first before publicly advertising spaces.

You can cancel your class up to 2 hours before (not applicable to course bookings of kids yoga and Postnatal). Your class credit will be added back onto your pass/account.

All classes except kids yoga have the option of a tater pass to allow you to try a class.

Nope! Many people come to yoga for the first time in pregnancy, recently postnatal or later in life. No experience is needed.
